Real jobs, photographed at the car
Each photo comes from a job and was taken next to the customer's vehicle. License plates and house numbers are blurred.

Car keys are the main job. When the stuck door is at your house or your business, we help there too.
Worth a look before you call
Some key trouble has a fix you can try in the parking lot. These guides say what is safe to try and when to stop.
Questions we hear a lot
Can you make a car key if every key is lost?
Yes, on most makes and models. The new key is cut and programmed at the car, so there is no tow and no old key needed as a pattern. On many vehicles the lost keys can also be removed from the car’s memory. More on all keys lost.
How do I find out the price?
Call and tell us the vehicle’s year, make and model, its location and what happened. The price is explained on the phone before anyone drives out. If something different turns up at the car, such as a worn ignition, you hear the new price before we go further.
Do I have to tow the car to a dealer?
No. The key is cut and programmed where the car is parked: your driveway, a work lot or a store parking lot. Paying for a tow and then a dealer often costs more than having a locksmith come to the car.
When can you get here?
We answer 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. Tell us where the car is and we tell you when we can be there. Lockouts with a child or pet inside get priority, but call 911 first.
What should I have ready?
The year, make and model, the car’s location, your photo ID and the car’s registration or title. For a home, something that shows the address: an ID, a lease or a utility bill. We check proof before opening anything or making a key.
My fob stopped working. Is it just the battery?
Sometimes. A weak battery is the easiest thing to rule out, and the key fob battery guide shows how. If a fresh battery changes nothing, the shell, the buttons or the programming may be at fault; see key fob not working.
Will a fob I ordered online work?
Sometimes. We check compatibility first, because many fobs sold online cannot be programmed to the car. Read the guide to fobs bought online before you order one.
Do you help with locks at home or at work?
Yes. Car keys come first, but we also handle house lockouts, rekeying after a move, smart locks and deadbolts and business locks.
